Who do we contact in case of an emergency?


This form is for Vendors to register for a booth at the NHUG hospitality suite. The Vendor Registration includes payment for the Booth and Meeting Registration fee for one individual. Each additional person from the same company has to register for the conference as Meeting Attendees and pay for the full conference registration. Fields with green titles are required

Registration

Online payments are a great way of simplifying money transfers. You can register online using your credit card or if you prefer by check, payable to NHUG.

If you prefer to pay by check, please fill out the form completely and select the 'Pay by Check' button at the very bottom in the next page.

You don't need to enter the check details at the bottom if you choose to pay by credit card. The 'Pay Online' button will take you to a secure page.

Cancellation

If you are paying by check or credit card, your registration fee will be refunded in the event you cancel your registration by notifing any current NHUG board member by email at least 15 days prior to the conference.
